Hi, I'm Jennifer.

Growing up in an Indonesian family, breakfast was more than the first meal of the day. It was always warm, a chance to gather around the table and start the day well together.

As life became busier, I often find myself waking up 15 minutes before I have to leave and run out without breakfast- I found myself missing the comfort of a warm breakfast that touches all your senses, the warmth of a cup of coffee, and most of all, something that made me want to wake up and look forward to a new day.

That's why I started PAGI.

"Pagi" means morning in Indonesian. Every bun is inspired by the breakfasts that bring people together, while adding my own twist through flavors, textures, and techniques. From our signature cookie crust to soft milk bread and buttery fillings, each recipe is thoughtfully developed to create something both comforting and unexpected.

I bake every batch from my home kitchen in Loveland, Colorado, and I hope every bun gives you a reason to slow down, even if it's just for a few minutes.
